Hair color change when dyeing your hair depends on several factors, including your natural hair color, the color of the dye you use, and the condition of your hair. The hair that will look best on you will match your undertone whether that is blue-based or yellow-based. Part of the skill of hair colorist is knowing how hair dye and lightener will react with the hair color to create the final look.
