Virtual Color Analysis

Our virtual color analysis services are personalized and provided with the utmost care. Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer returns or refunds for the time spent on consultations or for personal analysis booklets. All sales related to virtual services are final.

Physical Products

We offer returns for physical products such as books and color fans. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

   - Return Request: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.
   - Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
   - Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
